We currently accept Visa and Mastercard for online/phone transactions, and U.S. currency is required for all purchases. Sales tax is applicable in North Carolina only. Payments usually post within 24 hours of your order, unless the order is for an out-of-stock item (your credit card will not be charged, and you will be notified of available options via email).
- Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’d like a chance to make it right. Merchandise returns, replacements and cancellations are handled through our customer service department. - Standard Return Procedures
If you bought an item through our website and are seeking a replacement or refund due to damage or defect, we must be notified within 30 days of the original purchase date. All returns must arrive with original packaging and must be in ‘new’ condition (returns related to excessive wear or misuse will not be honored). Contact Customer Service at 1-800-552-8585 (ext. 24) for a Return Authorization before sending us any merchandise. Return shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are generally processed within 7 days, and you will receive an email confirmation for all cancellations or refunds.
- Shipping Rates
Domestic shipping is charged at a flat rate of $7.95. We offer free shipping for orders of $100 or more.
- Shipping Times
All orders will be processed in the order in which they are received. Orders are shipped using FedEx Ground. Expedited shipping is not available at this time. Please allow 7-10 business days for order transit.
- Warehouse Processing
Please allow 1-2 business days for warehouse processing to ensure order accuracy. Orders received after 5pm on Monday-Friday will be processed the following business day.
- Hawaii, Alaska & International
We use standard Fed Ex ground/air shipping for Hawaii and Alaska (with a few exceptions). Overseas and International orders are handled using a location-based shipping rate. Please contact Customer Service at 1-800-552-8585 (ext. 24) if you have any additional questions.
- Military Shipments
Shipments to APO/FPO addresses are sent via standard shipping methods, with an estimated arrival range of 10-15 business days. Some locations/orders may require additional shipping/processing time.
