Returns & Exchanges
Here at XGO, our goal is simple – offer 100% customer satisfaction, 100% of the time. If our product does not live up to your expectations - we're here to help. Within 30 calendar days from the date you received your order, fill out the return slip located in your package.** Place it in the original packaging along with the item(s) being returned. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item(s) must be in the original packaging with the included return label attached to the outside of the package, clearly visible. Contact UPS/FedEx for a scheduled pickup or drop off at your nearest UPS/FedEx box. If you choose to use a carrier of your choice, we will not be responsible for freight charges. In any event, we recommend that you use a shipper that provides a tracking number and keep that number for your personal records. For exchanges, please return your item and place a new order for your desired product.
XGO takes pride in our products and will stand behind their quality. We will replace any piece that's performance in the field has been compromised by a manufacturer's defect for the practical lifespan of the garment (25+ home laundering). If your XGO product is defective, please request a "Return Authorization Number" below or contact us at (800) 552-8585 or email@example.com.
- Pilling, abrasion, pin holes or other cosmetic wear and tear which does not affect the performance of the product is not covered by the XGO Warranty.
- Products that shrink or are damaged when laundered outside of the specifications listed in XGO Laundering Guide/Washing Instructions are not covered under the XGO Warranty.
- Rips, punctures, and burns caused by normal field use do not fall under this policy.
XGO's warranty policy is non-transferable and is only applicable to the original purchaser of the product(s) in question. Items purchased second hand or through a third party do not qualify for warranty exchange. Valid proof of purchase is required. An RA (Return Authorization) # is required for all warranty returns. Products that are returned without an RA# or prior authorization will be returned to the customer.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies, and at that time you will receive notification of the refund.
