How do I return merchandise?

Where can I find sizing information?
The right fit varies between activity and personal preference. The sizing chart can help you determine which size is right for you.
Each individual product detail page has fit and sizing information as well. XGO offers three fit options:
Generous Cut, Loose Fit
Designed to fit loosely for comfort and full range of motion. Allows for unrestricted movement.
Contoured to body
Fits close to the body, but does not constrict. Moves with the wearer for better mobility.
Designed to support & enhance muscle movement & promote circulation.
What are the differences in the Phases?
We offer four customized phases that vary based on temperature and activity needs, and four flame-retardant phases for specialized protection needs.
How can I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your pending and completed orders right from our website. Go to the Account page (you will be asked to sign in if you haven't already). All relevant order details will be available here, including FedEx tracking information (for shipped orders).
How do I change or cancel my order before it ships?
You can request order changes and cancellations by calling Customer Service at (800) 552-8585, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST.
In our commitment to process all orders quickly, we may not always be able to change or cancel an order before it has shipped. Additionally, order changes will add 2-3 days processing time to your order.

Can I ship to Military Post Office addresses?
ProXGO.com proudly fills orders destined to members of the US Armed Forces & DoD civilians, as well as their family members stationed outside of the United States.

While most APO/FPO/DPO orders arrive within 2-4 weeks, some deliveries may require as much as 6 weeks to be delivered.
How should I wash and care for my XGO gear?
Please check individual washing and care instructions on the product label. As a general rule:
- Machine wash in warm water with like colors
- Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry
- Do not use bleach, fabric softeners, or dryer sheets (will break down anti-microbial properties)
- Do not iron
