How can I contact XGO directly?

How can I receive an XGO catalog?

We'd be happy to send you a copy of our 2016 product catalog. Simply go to the Contact Information page, provide some basic information, and then select the 'Catalog Request' option.

How do I return merchandise?

Merchandise returns are handled through our Customer Service department. If you are seeking to return an item, please see the Return Policy page for additional information. You can email us at customerservice@proxgo.com or call (800) 552-8585 (ext. 24) with issues or questions.

Where can I find sizing information?

The right fit varies between activity and personal preference. The sizing chart can help you determine which size is right for you. size chart

Each individual product detail page has fit and sizing information as well. XGO offers three fit options: 

RELAXED
Generous Cut, Loose Fit
Designed to fit loosely for comfort and full range of motion. Allows for unrestricted movement.

TACTICAL
Contoured to body
Fits close to the body, but does not constrict. Moves with the wearer for better mobility.

COMPRESSION
Comfortable Compression 
Designed to support & enhance muscle movement & promote circulation.

What are the differences in the Phases?

We offer four customized phases that vary based on temperature and activity needs, and four flame-retardant phases for specialized protection needs.
 

How can I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your pending and completed orders right from our website. Go to the Account page (you will be asked to sign in if you haven't already). All relevant order details will be available here, including FedEx tracking information (for shipped orders).

How do I change or cancel my order before it ships?

You can request order changes and cancellations by calling Customer Service at (800) 552-8585, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST.

In our commitment to process all orders quickly, we may not always be able to change or cancel an order before it has shipped. Additionally, order changes will add 2-3 days processing time to your order.
 

Where can I find XGO dealers near me?

To find an XGO dealer near you, visit our Dealer Locator page.  From there you can find a full list of XGO vendors, as well as search for Military base retailers who carry XGO gear in the United States.

How do I become an authorized XGO vendor?

Contact our Customer Service Team for info on becoming an authorized vendor. You can also call us toll free at (800) 552-8585.

If you are contacting us by email or traditional mail, please include your full name, information about your store, and contact information.

Can I ship to Military Post Office addresses?

ProXGO.com proudly fills orders destined to members of the US Armed Forces & DoD civilians, as well as their family members stationed outside of the United States.

When placing an order, treat APO, FPO, or DPO as the "city" and select Armed Forces Americas (AA), Armed Forces Europe (AE), or Armed Forces Pacific (AP) from the choices under "State". The only shipment option currently available is our Standard Delivery (FedEx), where final delivery is handled by the Military Postal Service.  

While most APO/FPO/DPO orders arrive within 2-4 weeks, some deliveries may require as much as 6 weeks to be delivered.

How should I wash and care for my XGO gear?

Please check individual washing and care instructions on the product label. As a general rule:

  • Machine wash in cold water with like colors
  • Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry
  • Do not use bleach, fabric softeners, or dryer sheets (will break down anti-microbial properties)
  • Do not iron

How do I update my account information?

Sign in to your account and select Account to edit your Personal Information and Login information.   

What if I forgot my password? To reset your password, simply go to the Forgot Password? link and follow the instructions.

How can I unsubscribe from email notifications?

We don't make it a habit of loading up your Inbox with needless emails. However, you can unsubscribe by selecting the 'Unsubscribe' option from the top of any XGO marketing email, or by notifying us at customerservice@proxgo.com. You will receive no further communications.
