Shipping/Delivery Timing

Our warehouse is located in North Carolina. We ship orders between 8 am and 3 pm (EST) Monday through Friday. All orders are shipped within 1 business day unless otherwise noted. Orders placed before 1:00 pm EST usually ship out the same business day.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on Saturday, Sunday, or major holidays. A Saturday delivery is possible but will be subject to an upcharge (depending on your location and the carrier). 

Year-End Employee Break Notice - XGO goes on break for a few days at the beginning of the year. Our 2026 break dates are not set. Orders will not be shipped during that time.

Flat rate and free shipping: Delivery days are estimates based on your shipping address.

UPS Expedited rates: Delivery days that are shown are business days in transit. Major holidays, Saturday, and Sunday are not considered business days. XGO requires a street address (no PO Boxes) for expedited shipping.

Shipping Locations

XGO can ship Standard Ground to PO Boxes, however this may delay your shipment. Please use a street address whenever possible.

For expedited shipping, XGO requires a street address to ship to (no PO Boxes).

XGO ships economy shipping worldwide unless otherwise noted. It is best to email us at customer.service@proxgo.com for international shipping.
